1) NDIS Support Coordination – Terms and Conditions
Service Provision
Support Point provides NDIS Support Coordination services to assist participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans, managing supports, and connecting to both community and mainstream services.

2) NDIS High Intensity Training- terms and conditions
2.1) Compliance: All training attendees must adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct and the principles outlined during training.
2.2) Training Purpose: Our training is intended to build capacity and competence in providing safe, respectful, and person-centred high-intensity support.
2.3) Intellectual Property: All training materials remain the property of Support Point and may not be copied, distributed, or used outside of intended training purposes without written consent.
2.4) Attendees’ responsibilities: Attendees must participate actively, uphold confidentiality, and maintain professional conduct throughout the training.
2.5) Support Point’s Commitment: We commit to delivering current, evidence-based, and guideline-aligned training, reviewed regularly to maintain compliance and quality.
2.6) Liability: While every effort is made to ensure training accuracy and relevance, Support Point is not liable for the outcomes of implementing training learnings outside of our direct oversight.
Training Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy
NDIS participants or their supporting organisations may cancel training sessions by providing at least two (2) weeks’ notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any fees
2.2)Cancellation by Support Point:
If Support Point cancels a training session, participants will be offered:
2.2.I) A full refund, or
2.2. II) The option to reschedule to a later date.
2.3) Unforeseen Circumstances:
In unforeseen events such as trainer illness, extreme weather, or other emergencies, Support Point will notify participants as early as possible and offer appropriate alternatives.
2.4) Rescheduling Requests: Requests to reschedule training must also be made with at least two (2) weeks’ notice. Subject to trainer and venue availability, these requests will be accommodated where possible. Reschedule requests received with less than two weeks’ notice may be treated as cancellations and subject to applicable cancellation fees.

Training Room Requirements
Individual chairs and tables or desks must be provided for all attendees to allow for comfortable seating and note-taking.
2.2)Adequate Space:
The room must be spacious enough to accommodate all participants comfortably, with additional space for practical activities where required by the course content.
2.3)Accessibility Compliance:
The venue must comply with accessibility standards to support participants with disabilities. This aligns with the NDIS values of inclusion and access, ensuring equitable participation for all.
Training Room Requirements
Ensure they are physically fit and capable of participating in any practical assessments or physical activities included in the training.
2.2)Disclose Medical Conditions:
Notify the trainer of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate safely in the training.
2.3)Know Emergency Procedures:
Familiarise themselves with the venue’s evacuation procedures, including the location of emergency exits and assembly points.
2.4)Follow WHS Guidelines:
Adhere to all Work Health and Safety (WHS) instructions and guidelines provided during training to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all.

3.1.b) 15–29 days before tour date: 90% refund
3.1.c) 8–14 days before tour date: 85% refund
3.1.d) 7 days or less before tour date: 25% refund
